The development was made possible through an investment of $745,000 by HPI's parent company, Alliant Energy Investments. Additional financial support was provided by the Iowa Finance Authority, USDA-Rural Development, the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City of Keokuk. The Lee County Health Department provides services to residents, including a wellness clinic, financial counselor and crisis assistance.
