Lincoln School Apartments is located on the site of the former Lincoln Elementary School that had served the Waupun area for many years. The 2-acre site now serves the growing housing needs of this central Wisconsin community, providing 45 affordable apartment homes for families. The 2-story building is configured into five 8-unit modules with separate security locked entrances for each. The mixed-income development, completed in 1992, meets a wide-range of family income needs. All apartments offer two bedrooms, air conditioning, dishwasher, disposal, and appliances.
