Monterey Point brings together HPI's experience in affordable housing with Alliant Energy's commitment to community development in the Carroll County area. The development was made possible through an investment of $750,000 by HPI's parent company, Alliant Energy Investments. Additional financial support was provided by the Iowa Finance Authority, USDA-Rural Development, the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City of Carroll.
