Designed by Madison architects Flad and Moulton, the original structure was built in 1933. The design uses the Georgian Revival style with flat pilaster flanking the entrance pavilion. A small balcony protrudes above the front door. Located four blocks from the downtown, this brick structure will complement the existing single family neighborhood.

	Working in partnership with Progressive Designs of Waunakee, WI Park Street Senior Homes brings together HPI's experience in affordable housing with Alliant Energy's commitment to community and economic development. Adaptive reuse of the former hospital is made possible through a $2 million investment by HPI, the affordable housing subsidiary of Alliant Energy. Additional financial assistance is provided by the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority, the City of Reedsburg and John Deere Financial Services.
