Parkside Village is a 46 unit older adult development located in Delavan, Wisconsin. It is a 3-story elevator apartment building, which includes 19 one-bedroom, and 27 two-bedroom apartments. There is also a two-bedroom manager's unit in the building. Housing Tax Credits and Federal HOME program funds are used to keep rents affordable to older adults earning less than 60% of Walworth County median income.
