Parkview Apartments, constructed in 1992, provides 20 apartment homes for older adults in Pardeeville. This mixed-income development uses Housing Tax Credits to help keep rents affordable to seniors earning less than 60% of Columbia County median income. In addition, four apartments are specially designed for the frail elderly and individuals with physical disabilities. The building includes a community room allowing residents and other members of the community to take advantage of daily lunches and activities.
