Williamstown Bay is a series of 3 buildings designed for senior living in Cudahy, Wisconsin. The 3-story elevator buildings were constructed between 1990 and 1994 to meet local housing needs. Each building offers a security locked front entry, as well as a community room with a kitchen. There are 102 one-bedroom and 42 two-bedroom apartments. Eighteen apartments offer a barrier-free design for people with physical disabilities. Combined, the three parcels total 8.54 acres and have parking to accommodate 164 vehicles.
